THE HOTEL PELHAM is now open for the
reception of guests.  The hotel is situated
in the centre of the town, on the summit of the
hill, and has fine views of the surrounding hills and
villages. The house has been renovated from top
to bottom and newly furnished throughout.  The
rooms are large and airy.  Convenient grounds for
tennis and other sports, making it one of the most
desirable places to spend the summer months.

Pelham is said to be 1300 feet above the level of
the sea. It has great natural advantages; the views
are unequalled ; its freedom from malaria speaks
highly of the healthfulness of the location.

Livery stable connected with the hotel. Amherst
is six miles from Pelham hill and is our nearest R.
R. Station. Conveyance to and from R. R. Station
at very moderate rates.

One hundred feet of broad piazza, pure spring
water, good drainage, large farm connected with
the house, home comfort and courteous attention.

Application for board will receive prompt attention.
Terms, $7 to $12 per week.
